Plot Synopsis

In this five-part program, a panel of automotive experts come together in Detroit, Michigan, where they test drive vehicles and debate their way to a consensus for the best car in each of four different categories: coupes, sedans, exotics and trucks/SUVs. Then, the best car from each category (from each of the first four episodes) competes in a final showdown to become ESQUIRE'S CAR OF THE YEAR 2016. The panel includes: CAR MATCHMAKER's Spike Feresten; David Granger, Editor-in-Chief of "Esquire Magazine"; Sam Smith, automotive journalist for "Esquire Magazine"; The Smoking Tire's Matt Farah; and NASCAR's Brian Vickers. On Saturday, October 24, 2015 from 9-11:30pm ET/PT, Esquire Network premiered the entire series, showing five back-to-back episodes of ESQUIRE'S CAR OF THE YEAR.
