Each one-hour episode of EXPEDITION FILES follows adventurer Josh Gates, as he explores true stories that defy explanation, while offering stunning revelations and surprising new insights.

On Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at 9pm ET/PT, Discovery Channel premiered a sneak-peek episode of EXPEDITION FILES, which featured a trio of mysteries including: The Mysterious Cases of Havana Syndrome; The Alien Abduction of Travis Walton; and The Lindbergh Baby Kidnapping.

Four weeks later -- on Wednesday, November 27 at 9pm ET/PT -- EXPEDITION FILES returned for its official series debut. In the series opener, "Monsters Unmasked," newly unsealed records from a Victorian madhouse finally reveal Jack the Ripper's identity; potential Yeti DNA gives clues about the mysterious beast. Additional stories this season include: the tragic and bizarre deaths of the hikers in the Dyatlov Pass; the deadly curse of King Tut's tomb; and much more.
