Plot Synopsis

Naturalist Casey Anderson goes out into the wild to document the behaviors of bears, wolves, and other animals. In the first episode, Casey treks to Alaska's Kodiak Island to observe how grizzly bears catch wild salmon and feed their young, and then he returns to Montana to teach his best friend Brutus -- the seven-year-old bear who was also the best man at his wedding to actress Missi Pyle -- how to fish for himself in an aquarium designed specifically for him. In later episodes, Casey travels to Yellowstone to observe wild wolves during the Winter and Spring seasons.
