Plot Synopsis

From spoiling and severe punishments to helicopter and new age methods, EXTREME GUIDE TO PARENTING is a one-hour reality series that chronicles moms and dads who believe their parenting techniques are the best -- and everyone else is doing it wrong. Each 60-minute episode chronicles two different households using alternative styles of raising their children, such as: an eco-kosher, shamanistic method; conscious-attachment parenting with a mom and dad who practice elimination communication; and many more unconventional methods to raise a family.

On Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 9:30pm ET/PT, Bravo aired the season final of EXTREME GUIDE TO PARENTING. In the season ender, "The Everything-on-Demand Baby," Christian and Nate are 'conscious attachment' parents and believe in being their child's everything. Mom, Christian, breastfeeds on demand and refuses to vaccinate 16-month-old Ella, but she faces a tough decision about whether to intentionally expose Ella to chickenpox.
