Plot Synopsis

Hosts Melissa Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, and Brad Goreski critique celeb couture, with the help of two additional rotating celebrity guests, including comedians, stylists, actors, and more. Premieres, parties, awards shows, concerts, everyday looks and practically every Red Carpet event known to man provide a wealth of fashion looks the police review. Together, the hosts slice, dice, dissect and -- sometimes even celebrate -- the week in fashion. Plus, each week the show targets one "Fash-hole of the Week," highlighting the celebrity with the worst fashion mishap of the previous week. FASHION POLICE started as a series of specials in 2002, turned into a short-lived weekly series in Fall 2004, and then once again became a series of specials. On August 30, 2010 at 10pm, E! aired a one-hour special for the 2010 Primetime Emmy Awards as a sneak peek for this latest incarnation of FASHION POLICE -- a weekly half-hour program -- which had its official series premiere on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 10:30pm on E!, with Joan Rivers and celeb stylist George Kotsiopoulos as co-hosts through August 2014, just before Rivers' tragic death on September 4. Three months after Rivers' death -- on Monday, December 1, 2014 -- E! announced that Kathy Griffin would join Rancic and Kelly Osbourne as host, with Goreski also joining the panel. After a seven-month break, FASHION POLICE returned with new episodes on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 8pm ET/PT on E!, covering the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards with guests Margaret Cho and NeNe Leakes. This episode also marks the Melissa Rivers' debut as co-host, while continuing to serve as executive producer on the series. Following the premiere, E! will air five additional episodes surrounding the biggest fashion and pop culture events, like New York Fashion Week, the Emmys and the American Music Awards. On Monday, January 11, 2016 at 8pm ET/PT on E!, FASHION POLICE kicked off its 2016 season the day after the 2016 GOLDEN GLOBE AWARDS, with co-host and executive producer Melissa Rivers, co-host and consulting producer Giuliana Rancic and co-host Brad Goreski breaking down the can't miss celebrity fashions from the awards show and after parties, and offering up juicy pop culture commentary on all of the breaking entertainment scoop! This season, the show welcomes funny woman Margaret Cho and NeNe Leakes, who join the team as special co-hosts throughout all of 2016. The fab foursome will also be joined by a rotating celebrity guest chair each episode. Fashion Police fans can rest assure that this awards season will bring big laughs, omg moments and lots of jaw dropping fashion.
