Plot Synopsis

Based on the "Kingyo Tsuma" series of graphic novels by Kurosawa R, FISHBOWL WIVES is an eight-episode drama series set in a luxury apartment tower, where six different women in unhappy marriages end up crossing the line into infidelity. After her swanky birthday party announcing a new branch of her husband's salon, Sakura decides to buy a goldfish -- and sparks fly with shop owner Haruto. Rumors about what Sakura did start circulating online. Rejected by her husband after saying she wants a baby, Yuka reconnects with her ex-boyfriend Jun. On Monday, February 14, 2022, Netflix released the entire first season of FISHBOWL WIVES.
