Plot Synopsis

Host Flip Pallot travels across America with life-long fisherman Preston Sharp to learn about conserving, protecting and landing America's most captivating species. Each episode follows Flip and Preston as they focus on one expert's species of choice and all the research, preparation, travel and effort that goes into understanding, protecting and boating them. They teach the ins and outs of each piece of water, hook up with key conservation partners and leverage that experts' unique passion for their chosen species. Produced in partnership with two conservation organizations -- The Coastal Conservation Organization and The Bonefish & Tarpon Trust. Outdoor Channel aired the first of three sneak peeks on Friday, December 31, 2010 at 10am, and then showed the same episode for the official series premiere on Sunday, January 2, 2011 at 10am.
