Plot Synopsis

In this one-hour reality series, FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE's Page Turner returns to her hometown of Los Angeles, where she and her team help SoCal's overwhelmed flippers by taking over their flip. She is betting on her expertise by putting her own money down to help them get them back on track to make top dollar. Powered by her proven success, insider knowledge of the local real estate market and a dose of tough love, Page is ready to lend her expertise to floundering flippers. On Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11am ET/PT, HGTV premiered a sneak-peek episode of FIX MY FLIP. In this special preview, "Two Bros With Tujunga Woes," two brothers are on their third flip after losses with their last two projects. With one last shot at ever flipping again, Page Turner gives them an invaluable lesson in spending money the right way and finally securing a win.

FIX MY FLIP made its official series debut on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the series opener, "Costly Mistakes in Lake Arrowhead," a mother-daughter team took a loss on their first flip and are going down the same costly path with their second. Page steps in to course correct what they've started, but this leaves them questioning everything they thought they knew about flipping.

The eight-episode second season of FIX MY FLIP debuted on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. Licensed real estate agent Page Turner brings in her expert builder, Mitch Glew, her sweat equity, and often her own money, to get things back on track. Empowered with decades of real estate experience and an impressive track record, Page will fix everything from blown budgets and mismanaged schedules to uninspired upgrades and lackluster design so that everyone can make big profit. In the season opener, "A Beachside Rescue," Page will help a father/daughter flipping duo, Allison and Juan, who have flipped several houses, but haven't made much money in the process. To make matters worse, Allison and Juan do not see eye-to-eye on design or where to allocate dollars for their latest project in Huntington Beach. After advising them to do a full renovation reset, Page will show them the necessary updates, easy improvements and budget-friendly amenities that will help sell the home at their desired price point. Throughout the season, Page will rely on her business savvy to take on every high-stakes negotiation and show ambitious flippers how to succeed in one of the toughest real estate markets in the country.
