Plot Synopsis

Executive produced, co-created and co-written by Will Arnett and Mark Chappell, FLAKED is a comedy series about Chip, a celebrated long-time resident of Venice, California, who falls for the object of his best friend's fascination. Soon the tangled web of half-truths and semi-bullshit that underpins his all-important image and sobriety begins to unravel, as Chip does his honest best to stay one step ahead of his own lies. Netflix releases all eight episodes of Season 1 of FLAKED on Friday, March 11, 2016 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

On Friday, June 2, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the six-episode second season of FLAKED. Confronted with the results of his fabrications and deceptions, Chip suffers painful losses but discovers the redemptive power of honesty. In the season opener, "Day One," thanks to his advocacy for Topher's hotel, Chip is now an outcast. Dennis conceals his recovery from Rosa, a new love interest. Cooler gets evicted.
