Plot Synopsis

FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE is a half-hour series that follows Page Turner and DeRon Jenkins, as these exes renovate and flip houses in Nashville. For this driven former couple, no job is too big, too small or too dirty. With a decade of partnership, this duo knows the real estate game inside and out, and they're willing to fight the market -- and maybe each other -- to get top dollar and return on their investment. In the series opener, "Breaking Brick," Page finds a 1960s gem just outside of Nashville and buys the house without consulting DeRon. With the pressure to make a profitable flip, the two find ways to upgrade the house by creating new rooms and new problems. But in the end, they create a space that is perfect for future homeowners.

Season 2 of FLIP OR FLOP NASHVILLE premiered on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the season opener, "Holy Floors, DeRon!," Page and DeRon want to transform a rundown north Nashville cottage into a cozy, modern farmhouse. Their plans hit a snag, however, when hidden damage to the subfloor threatens to sink the entire project.
