Plot Synopsis

FLIPPING AUSTIN is a half-hour reality series that follows Shay Millheiser and her team, as they flip homes in and around Austin, Texas, while battling deadlines and tight budgets to make a profit. On Sunday, September 11, 2016 at Noon ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot, but had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Texas Turnaround," Shay takes an outdated ranch home in the East St. John's neighborhood of Austin, TX, and gives it a rustic modern makeover in hopes of turning a profit.
