Plot Synopsis

FOOD TRUCK REHAB is a one-hour reality series that follows Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, as they help struggling food truckers before they're derailed for good. Sabin and Jim are entrepreneurial cousins, who are the owners of Cousins Maine Lobster, a multimillion dollar food truck empire. Now, in this series, the duo make over everything from the truck to the menu while rehabilitating the business and relationship between owners, too. On Sunday, April 11, 2021 at 11pm ET/PT, Food Network premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "I Dream of Pizza," father and son-in-law Ron and Alex are partners and owners of a wood-fired pizza truck, Pacific Pizza Co., in Los Angeles. Their successful business quickly went downhill after a horrible tragedy struck the family and their truck experienced a full-scale breakdown. Unable to recover from the hit both personally and financially, Pacific Pizza Co. was soon hemorrhaging cash and the owners were spiraling into debt, making the delicate relationship between father and son-in-law increasingly fragile. Food truck entrepreneurs Sabin and Jim work with Ron and Alex to rehabilitate their business, revive the menu and repair their personal relationship.
