Plot Synopsis

Jodi Gilmour is a real-estate broker who helps hopeful renters find the best homes for their budgets. She teaches them how to conduct a search, evaluate a property's potential and negotiate a lease. Once the renters are ready to move in, Jodi spends less than $1,000 on a fabulous makeover that turns a drab domicile into the perfect place to call home.
