Plot Synopsis

A spinoff of ON MY BLOCK, FREERIDGE is a half-hour coming-of-age dramedy series that follows sibling rivals Gloria and Ines -- and their friends Demi and Cameron -- who have unleashed a curse bringing dark misfortune into their lives. The story opens with Gloria and Ines putting their sibling rivalry aside to make quick cash from a yard sale, where they end up with a strange item that may be cursed. As Gloria struggles to deliver bad news to her father, Demi proposes that the group perform a special ceremony to appease a ghost and lift the curse. All eight episodes of FREERIDGE dropped on Thursday, February 2, 2023 on Netflix.
