Plot Synopsis

Based in the year 3000, the show centers around the Planet Express Delivery Company's three employees -- slow-witted Phillip J. Fry who accidentally cryogenically froze himself on New Year's Eve 1999 only to wake up a thousand years later; one-eyed, purple-haired orphan Leela; and an alcoholic/kleptomaniac robot named Bender. The company is run by 160-year old scientist Professor Hubert J. Farnsworth, who happens to be Fry's distant nephew and closest cousin. On Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 10pm ET/PT, Comedy Central debuted the second-half of Season 7, the program's final season. Immediately before the one-hour premiere, Comedy Central aired an all-day marathon (10am-10pm ET/PT) of repeat episodes.
