Plot Synopsis

In each one-hour episode, four employees from the same company unknowingly compete in a series of hidden-camera challenges designed to test their management skills, with the winner being awarded their own food franchise. Personally chosen for their loyalty and hard work, these employees are secretly entered into challenges that test their skills, honesty and ability to handle difficult situations that are typical in day-to-day management. Their company's CEO judges them based on their actions and decision-making, awarding one winner with their own franchise. In the premiere episode, four Famous Famiglia employees compete at the company's busiest Manhattan pizzeria, where a demanding customer crosses the line, the managers serve an unruly tour group and a new employee breaks every rule in the book. Other franchises featured in this series include: La Prep, where a businessman sets up his mobile office, an unusual tour guide raises eyebrows and the restaurant erupts in chaos; Topper's Pizza, where the new delivery guy disappears, an indecisive mom asks for some unusual favors and a lovers' quarrel wreaks havoc on the restaurant; Saladworks, where a new employee lovingly hand-feeds a customer, and overwhelmed by a food fight and noisy group of seniors, one of the managers leaves the building; and more companies like 16 Handles, Freshii, Jersey Mike's Subs, Muscle Maker Grill, and Wok Box.
