Plot Synopsis

THE GOOD BAD MOTHER centers on mother Young-soon and her adult son, Kang-ho, who is left with the mind of a child after an accident. Young-soon, a single mom who was widowed at a young age, has run a pig farm, where she raised her son Kang-ho by herself. She transformed into a "bad mother" -- hard on her son because she didn't want him to grow up penniless nor powerless. Thanks to her discipline, Kang-ho grew up to be a prominent prosecutor, but lost his memory due to an unfortunate accident and becomes a 7-year-old again. Young-soon decides to become a "bad mother" again for Kang-ho dramedy series that tracks the journey of recovery between mother and son. THE GOOD BAD MOTHER debuted on Netflix on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, with new episodes dropping Wednesdays and Thursdays.
