Plot Synopsis

In the kitchen, TV star Florence Henderson and nutritionist Joy Bauer prepare tasty and healthy meals, with Bauer giving tips on foods to buy and how to make meals that are easy and delicious. Then a celebrity guest works at Meals-on-Wheels operation somewhere in America, behind the scenes in the kitchen as well as delivering meals to surprised seniors. Celeb volunteers include Linda Gray (Richmond, VA), Mariette Hartley (Orlando, FL) and Bob Eubanks.
