Plot Synopsis

Executive produced by Stephen Curry, Norman Lear and Seth MacFarlane, this irreverent animated re-imagining of the TV classic centers on a new generation of the Evans family, who keep their heads above water in a Chicago housing project. The late Norman Lear is featured in one episode. In the series opener, "Meet the Evans of New," Beverly vows to win the housing project's annual beautification contest. Meanwhile, Reggie and Junior head to the pool hall to earn some extra cash. GOOD TIMES debuted on Friday, April 12, 2024 on Netflix, which released 10 half-hour episodes of the series.
