Plot Synopsis

Hosted by "The Food Dude" Kevin Roberts, each one-hour episode of THE GRILL OF VICTORY features three teams from the same state competing with their homemade mega-grills for the grand prize of $10,000. In only six hours, each team cooks two meats and two side dishes, but every team must use one food item -- St. Louis cut ribs in Missouri and beef ribs in Texas. The three teams attend each other's Rig Digs, and judge each one to determine who has the most stellar rig, the tastiest food, and the best backyard barbecue. The competitors are: Engine 51 Smokers, Twisted Belly, and Buckingham Pig Kings in Missouri; War Pig BBQ, Toro Loco, and Dr. Smoke in Texas; and many more grill teams from across America. On Saturday, May 23, 2015 from 2-4pm ET/PT, Travel Channel premiered back-to-back new episodes during Memorial Day Weekend to open the cable channel's fourth annual We Are Summer programming event. Additional episodes of THE GRILL OF VICTORY continue thereafter as part of the July 4th and Labor Day weekend line-ups.
