Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2010, Gulf Shores, Alabama, has hosted an annual three-day music festival featuring rock, alternative, EMD, hip hop and reggae music. The inaugural event was headlined by Trey Anastasio Band, Zac Brown Band, and John Legend. Before being broadcast live by AXS TV in 2016, the Hangout Festival was shown as a series of specials during the summer, including 2013 when Palladia aired two, 60-minute highlight programs more than three months after the festival ended.

In 2016, the Hangout Festival made its debut on AXS TV, as the cable channel broadcast live coverage each day of the three-day music festival from Gulf Shores, Alabama, including select performance footage from these artists (for the full broadcast schedule, including start times for each band, check here: http://www.axs.tv/festival/hangout/):
