Plot Synopsis

HAUNTED USA is a series of four, one-hour specials that take viewers on a spellbinding tour of the historically spookiest and most spirited destinations in America. From enchanted hotels to bewitched bar rooms, this series shows off some of the strangest and scariest paranormal places. Each 60-minute episode focuses on a different city, including the series opener, which follows tourists in New Orleans, who encounter ghosts, demons and psychic phenomena on a spine-tingling adventure through the darker side of the Crescent City. Subsequent episodes take viewers to: Salem, MA, where tourists encounter restless spirits, fearsome entities and sorcery as they go on a spellbinding journey through a town defined by its darkest hour; New York City, where brave tourists visit the sinister core of the Big Apple to discover the real reason why NYC is called the city that never sleeps; and Savannah, GA, where intrepid tourists find out if The Hostess City of the South is really one of the most haunted places in America as they explore the Hostess City's darker side.
