Plot Synopsis

Chefs Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking travel across America in search of the spiciest foods in the country -- everything from Mexican and Korean to Indian and Cajun cuisine. In Season 1, Aaron and Roger put their taste buds to the test with dishes in the following cities: New Orleans (hot sausage Po' boys; Cajun-style crawfish; Creole gumbo laced with XXXX Voodoo sauce); Chicago (Super Painful Pizza; 'The Atomic Bomb' pork sausage); Seattle (The 7-Alarm Chicken Wing Challengel vegan Thai food; The Bloody Joe); Santa Fe ('hot' chocolate made with some of the hottest chili peppers; a hot pulled-pork sandwich); Miami (Jamaican jerk chicken; fiery Peruvian ceviche; the Vato Loco); Charleston (XXX Spicy Oyster Shooters; Spicy Sriracha Doughnuts; Jalapeno Mac and Cheese; killer nachos drenched in Death Relish salsa); and many more. Food Network aired a sneak peek of the program on Sunday, July 17, 2011 at 10pm ET, before showing the official series premiere five days later on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 10pm ET.
