Plot Synopsis

Presented in association with World Wildlife Fund (WWF), HELLO WORLD! is a six-part series that explores the wonders of the natural world through the eyes of some of today's most celebrated musicians, taking viewers deep into the environments of animals as varied as sea turtles, jumping spiders, rhinos, and hawks as they live their daily lives. Whether they are searching for water, looking for love, or caring for their families, these animals all have a singular way of surviving. Each half-hour episode brings out the universal themes of an artists' music by using it as a soundtrack for the stories of animals in the wild. Christina Aguilera, Ellie Goulding, Joan Jett, Dave Matthews, Usher, and Steven Tyler each narrate the episode featuring their music.

On Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 8-9pm ET/PT, Discovery Channel premiere the season final of HELLO WORLD!, showing back-to-back new episodes. In the night's first new episode (8pm), "Joan Jett Presents: Bad Reputation," Joan Jett highlights the stories of creatures we love to hate, such as wolves, alligators and sharks. Her hit song "Bad Reputation", makes the case that for all fear they put into the world, these guys are crucial parts of their ecosystems. Then, in the season finale (8:30pm), "Dave Matthews Presents: Save Me," every animal needs water, yet each creature's search for it is unique. With "Save Me", Dave Matthews follows the stories of rhinos, spadefoot toads and manatees, as they search for the fresh water on which all life on Earth depends..
