Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2010, HGTV URBAN OASIS GIVEAWAY reveals the winner of HGTV's annual Urban Oasis sweepstakes, showing the ambush-style announcement. The 2012 grand-prize package is valued at $900,000, including a sophisticated and chic high-rise residence located on the 20th floor of Miami's Paramount Bay, featuring 1,700-square-foot with two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen and a private terrace -- complete with sleek interior design and contemporary furnishings from Lindsay Pumpa. Winners include: Adam Venckauskas (2010), who won a luxury residence located in The Residences at W New York-Downtown and a brand-new Acura ZDX; Deborah Robertson (2011), who won a home (including furnishings, artwork, and merchandise) in Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago; and James Walley (2012), who won a 1,700-square-foot, 20th-floor in Miami's Paramount Bay.
