Plot Synopsis

Two sisters bring a stowaway on board a ship traveling from Spain to Brazil in the 1940s, but the situation turns mysteriously fatal once they are out at sea, following a string of mysterious deaths on the ship. When a passenger suddenly confesses to the murder, Eva and First Officer Nicolas suspect something is being covered up. After a passenger's life is put in danger, the captain makes a bold decision. Carolina asks her uncle about a woman in a photo. Dimas mourns a loss. Netflix released the eight-episode first season of HIGH SEAS on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

The eight-episode second season of HIGH SEAS premiered on Friday, November 22, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT. As the voyage to Brazil continues, new travelers join the passengers and inexplicable situations give rise to rumors that the ship is haunted. The season opens with the ship rescuing five castaways, including a woman named Casandra, who claims to have intuitive powers. Nicolas helps Eva search for her father. When Casandra's stories about ghosts start troubling Carolina, Eva begins investigating the new passenger. Natalia negotiates with Detective Varela.

A new plot of mystery and espionage in which their lives will be at risk with new characters full of interest around the lethal weapon, who will not hesitate to kill anyone who gets in their way.
