Plot Synopsis

THE HILLS: NEW BEGINNINGS is a one-hour reality series that reunites original cast members of THE HILLS and adds a few notable newcomers, as they write their newest chapters in relationships, romance and success. Brandon Thomas Lee and Mischa Barton join original cast members Audrina Patridge, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Heidi Pratt, Jason Wahler, Justin 'Bobby' Brescia, Spencer Pratt, Stephanie Pratt and Whitney Port. Plus, Kaitlynn Carter, Jennifer Delgado and Ashley Wahler also appear in the series. In the series opener, "I Don't Hold Grudges... JK!," it's a new beginning for this iconic group of friends, as they return to the Hills and reconnect for the first time in years. While facing new challenges, old rivalries and romances collide as they find that sometimes the past is not the past.

Season 2 of THE HILLS: NEW BEGINNINGS premiered on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 9pm ET/PT on MTV. After a year of lockdowns and lost time, the cast is reuniting. This season finds them at a crossroads and their lives tested like never before. While some struggle with the financial strains from the global pandemic and rebuilding businesses, others are navigating through rocky relationships, struggling with addiction as well as their mental and physical health. From a highly-publicized divorce and rekindling former flames to starting new families and surprise pregnancies, all bets are off this season. Joined by a new Hollywood "it" girl on the scene and a long-awaited reunion with a former castmate, the group is writing their newest chapter once again. Audrina Patridge, Ashley Wahler, Brandon Thomas Lee, Brody Jenner, Frankie Delgado, Heidi Pratt, Jason Wahler, Jennifer Delgado, Justin "Bobby" Brescia, Kaitlynn Carter, Spencer Pratt and Whitney Port return for the new season, alongside newcomer Caroline D'Amore.
