HOME INSPECTOR JOE is a one-hour docuseries that follows home inspector Joe Mazza and his designer, Noel Gatts, as they assist house hunters looking for help repairing crucial safety issues at risky properties within their budget. Buyers around the country need every edge they can get in today's red hot seller's market and in every episode, Mazza reveals the secrets, checklists and solutions that can help. On Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Noon ET/PT, HGTV premiered a sneak-peek episode of HOME INSPECTOR JOE. The official series premiere debuted two months later on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. In the series opener, "This Mold House," a family thought they found the perfect home until an inspection issue put them over budget. Wanting to avoid another mistake, they seek Joe and Noel's help to find a house with no costly surprises and to take their dream space from hazardous to fabulous.
