Plot Synopsis

HOOKERS: SAVED ON THE STRIP follows three women who live at The Destiny House, a Las Vegas transitional home for women trying to escape the violence and exploitation of the sex industry, as they work with Annie Lobert to free themselves from the control of their pimps, confront their checkered legal problems, and embrace the reality of supporting themselves financially. Annie sold her body in Sin City for over a decade, but now she provides a path to a new life for women caught in the web of sex trafficking. Working through her faith-based organization, Hookers for Jesus, in conjunction with The Church at South Las Vegas and its lead pastor Benny Perez, Annie established The Destiny House in 2008. She and her volunteers reach out to women by going into places -- chaotic casino floors, flashy nightclubs, and hidden realms of escort services -- that other organizations avoid.
