Plot Synopsis

HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL RENOVATION follows potential home buyers as they tour three for-sale homes in a foreign country, purchase the perfect fixer-upper, and then renovate and reveal their new property. Each 60-minute episode features a different homeowner, with the first half of the show following a typical HOUSE HUNTERS INTERNATIONAL format -- a real-estate agent showing a client three different properties -- and the second half of the show featuring the design and renovation of one room in the new home. The production company provides each homeowner with a designer, a team of workers and a budget to execute the room renovation.
