Plot Synopsis

Created and executive produced by series star and co-showrunner Natasha Rothwell, HOW TO DIE ALONE is a half-hour comedy series that follows Mel, a broke, fat, Black JFK airport employee who's never been in love and forgotten how to dream, until an accidental brush with death catapults her on a journey to finally take flight and start living by any means necessary. HOW TO DIE ALONE debuted with four episodes on Friday, September 13, 2024 on Hulu, with new installments debuting weekly on Fridays through September 27.

On Friday, September 27, 2024, Hulu releases the final two episodes of HOW TO DIE ALONE's first season:

"Kill Your Darlings": Mel hopes to ring in the New Year by winning Alex back.

"Get Lost": Mel's world opens up as she takes her first flight.
