Plot Synopsis

HUGE IN FRANCE is a live-action, half-hour comedy series that centers on French comedy star Gad Elmaleh, who walks away from his comedy career to spend time with his son, Luke, in Los Angeles He quickly discovers that he's left all his fame and celebrity perks behind, and is in for one rude awakening after another. While Luke's new father figure, Jason, scrambles to drum up money for the pec implants, Gad tries to win Luke over by tracking down one of his idols: Tyson Beckford. With Luke's big Sunglass Hut shoot approaching, Gad and Brian hatch a devious scheme to take Jason out of circulation for the day. To prove to Chris D'Elia that his dick jokes aren't funny, Gad calls up his old pal Jerry Seinfeld. Meanwhile, Jason's problems go from bad to worse. On Friday, April 14, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the eight-episode first season of HUGE IN FRANCE.
