Plot Synopsis

THE HUNT FOR WATERFRONT is a half-hour reality series that follows home buyers as they search for a new house near the coast. On Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the pilot episode, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, a New Jersey couple discover that they can find very different types of waterfront living all within 2 hours of their current home. They just need to decide if they want to fulfill his dream of owning a beach bungalow on the Jersey Shore, her desire for the serene waters of a lakefront home, or splitting the difference by buying a house with a lagoon for a backyard.
