Plot Synopsis

Four clever school kids -- Ezra, Maudie, Ava and Kyle -- start their own detective agency and vlog about their adventures, becoming fast friends in the process. Operating out of the granny flat in Ezra's backyard and led by Maudie, they scour through clues to solve a school or neighbourhood whodunnit mystery in each episode. In the series opener, there's a new girl at school who makes quite an impression on Ezra -- then the Inbestigators get their very first case. THE INBESTIGATORS had its U.S. premiere on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released 10 half-hour episodes of the series.

The 10-episode second season of THE INBESTIGATORS had its U.S. premiere on Friday, January 10, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire new season. In the season opener, "The Case of the Concert Catastrophe; The Case of the Soccer Saga," Maudie stashed a stack of tickets in a drawer for safekeeping, but somebody took them. A so-so soccer player is suddenly a lot better than he used to be.
