Plot Synopsis

When police chief Luca Manara is transferred from Milan to a small Tuscan town, he takes consolation in the fact that he's leaving a lot of failed relationships with women behind him. However, he doesn't exactly get a fresh start as Lara, an old girlfriend from the police academy, is also joining the department. She's living with her Aunt Caterina, the mother of the previous police chief. They're an unlikely trio, but with Manara's crime-solving instincts, Lara's technical prowess and Aunt Caterina's common sense, they get pretty good at cracking cases. MHz Worldview aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Tuesday, April 29, 2014, showing back-to-back episodes from 9-11pm ET/PT in Italian with English subtitles.
