Plot Synopsis

Tony Stark travels to Japan to open the world's first Arc Reactor, which will provide unlimited free energy to this island country. While in Japan, Stark must import plutonium, which is the priming material for the reactor, causing him to battle the Japanese government, the news media and the techno-terrorist organization Zodiac. To dedicate himself to his pursuit of clean energy, Stark decides to retire as Ironman and announce the mass-production of suits to fulfill his duties, but Zodiac continues to work against him. G4 aired a sneak peek of this series on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 8pm ET, immediately following its coverage of Comic-Con, and then showed the same episode as the official U.S. series premiere on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 11pm ET.
