Plot Synopsis

JACKSON WILD is a one-hour reality series that follows the "First Family of Kayaking," as they paddle their way all over the planet -- including Africa, Austria, Colorado and Ottawa -- for world competitions and to find unpaddled water adventures everywhere. The family patriarch, EJ Jackson, is a four-time world champion, an adventure author, and a co-founder of Jackson Kayak. Along with his wife Kristine, the Jackson family includes: oldest son Dane; daughter Emily, her husband Nick Troutman and their toddler Tucker; and youngest son KC. On Sunday, October 4, 2015 from Noon-2pm ET/PT, Travel Channel premiered back-to-back new episodes of JACKSON WILD, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the first episode (Noon), "Zambia: Fear and The Falls," the Jacksons face fears in Zambia, diving into Victoria Falls and swinging off a cliff. Then, in the second episode (1pm), "Austria: EJ vs. Dane," the Jacksons take on Austria, paragliding the Alps & battling on the Sickline.
