Plot Synopsis

JAMIE'S SUPER FOOD is a one-hour reality series that follows Jamie Oliver as he travels to some of the healthiest places in the world to uncover the secrets of how people there live longer and healthier lives. This series opens with Jamie visiting the Nicoyan Peninsula in Costa Rica, where living to 100 isn't unusual. He also travels to the Greek island of Ikaria, where the menu includes berry pocket eggy bread with pistachios. Later in the season, in addition to Costa Rica and Greece, Jamie also travels to Japan. On Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 11am ET, Pivot aired the U.S. premiere of JAMIE'S SUPER FOOD.
