Plot Synopsis

In each half-hour episode of JOYRIDE, four celebrity auto fanatics -- rapper T-Pain; professional racecar driver Brian Vickers; actress Mischa Barton; and actor Oliver Trevena -- hit the road in new and vintage cars and push them to the limit, battling each other to determine once and for all the absolute best cars of all time in a variety of categories, like Best Classic Truck, Best British Car, Best 80s Car, Best Car for a First Time Driver, Best Muscle Car of the 1960s and Best Midlife Crisis Car. The hosts put their passionate opinions and personal driving skills to the test as they take the wheels of four beautiful, unique and aspirational cars, and ultimately choose a winner at the end of each episode. Throughout the run of the series, viewers not only get to know these celebrity drivers as they go through these funny and thrilling test drives, but they also learn practical take home knowledge about all of the vehicles.

On Tuesday, December 20, 201t at 10pm ET/PT, Esquire Network premiered the Season 1 finale of JOYRIDE. The season ender, "Muscle Cars," reveals how muscle cars reigned in the '60s and '70s, and how these 50-year-old classics turn heads as the hosts rev the engines and smoke the tires of a 1970 Dodge Super Bee, a 1968 Chevy Camaro SS, a 1969 Dodge Charger and a 1968 Pontiac GTO.
