Plot Synopsis

Paranormal researcher Yasuo searches obsessively for a cursed home where something terrible happened to a mother and her child long ago -- after a young actress is troubled by mysterious footsteps in her apartment. On Friday, July 3, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix released the entire six-episode first season of JU-ON ORIGINS, based on the JU-ON franchise of films. This series focuses on the true events that form the basis of the story. Those are the beginning of the "curse" and the series reveals the chain of terror that befalls all of those who come into contact with the house.
