Plot Synopsis

Each one-hour episode of KILLER IN PARADISE documents the story of a murder in a vacation paradise -- ranging from Hawaii to Tampa, FL. In the season opener, "Nightmare at Sunset," boaters find the bodies of an Ohio mother and her two teen girls floating in the bay on a gorgeous day in Orlando, FL; what begins as a vacation designed to help one daughter heal from a traumatic past ends in a night of unimaginable violence. Then, in the second episode, "Wanton in Waikiki," a man and his two lovers travel to Hawaii for a birthday celebration, but the getaway ends abruptly after one of the women fails to return from a solo night out; security footage could help police determine whether she's missing or mudered.
