Plot Synopsis
Executive produced by Greg Berlanti and directors Chapman & Maclain Way, THE KINGS OF TUPELO: A SOUTHERN CRIME SAGA is a three-part documentary that spins a story that spirals from local drama to a national scandal -- with a small-town feud, an internet conspiracy, an Elvis impersonator, black market body parts, and an assassination attempt on the President. All three episodes of THE KINGS OF TUPELO: A SOUTHERN CRIME SAGA dropped on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 on Netflix:
Episode 1: In the birthplace of The King, Elvis impersonator and janitor Kevin Curtis finds his world rocked after discovering a severed head in a hospital fridge.
Episode 2: As his marriage implodes, Kevin delves deeper into dark web conspiracies. Later, poison-laced letters lead the authorities straight to his doorstep.
Episode 3: A feud with a karate instructor spirals out of control, uncovering a revenge plot that casts the crime -- and Kevin's involvement -- in a new light.
