Plot Synopsis

Created by Ed Bignell, KITTI KATZ is a half-hour animated series that follows three 14-year-old girls -- Tabs, Kia and Zami -- who transform into fierce feline superheroes to save the world from an evil Egyptian Goddess of the Underworld, Anubia. After an ancient cat guardian awakens, she grants Tabitha and her two new friends superpowers to recover a stolen gemstone and round up evil Spirit Cats. The Kat Kouncil puts the girls through superpower training, but Tabs, Kia and Zami aren't sure they want to be Chosen Ones -- until their first showdown. The trio of superheroes, called the Kitti Katz, must save the world while still leaving time to navigate the social minefield of high school and stay friends. Plus, Tabs must also handle the romantic attentions of Valentin, who's dating the school's mean girl, Charity -- whose life is about to get a lot more mysterious. All 10 episodes of KITTI KATZ's first season dropped on Thursday, May 18, 2023 on Netflix.
