Plot Synopsis

Even though they want to lose that last 10 pounds, many women just can't do it on their own. Tommy Europe and Nadeen Boman find people who want to lose weight for a special event and engage them in a four-week intense fitness and nutrition regimen that dramatically transforms them -- both physically and mentally.
