Plot Synopsis

Or is it America's Next Top Dog with the Reckseit family as judge and jury? Milena and Peter Reckseit and their children -- Stuart, Adam and Molly -- want to adopt a dog. There's only one problem. They can't decide what kind of dog to adopt. Instead of making a hasty uninformed decision, the Reckseit family brings home eight dogs to live with them and to compete in skill and compatibility challenges. The winner gets to stay with the Reckseits, and the losers? Well, there are no losers. As dogs are eliminated from the competition, they are adopted by families who are anxiously awaiting a new addition. The winning dog will have to convince a pet psychic that it's happy in its new home, learn a circus trick, and warm the hearts of as many family members as possible.
