Plot Synopsis

LEGENDARY CATCH is a one-hour docuseries that follows expert fisherman Carter Andrews, as he embarks on a journey to catch mysterious, dangerous and treacherous fish around the world, with the help of local experts. In the series opener, "Fishing for Dinosaurs," Carter travels to the Pacific Northwest to catch a giant white sturgeon. In subsequent episodes, Carter pursues the golden dorado in Bolivia, journeys deep into the South American rainforest of Peru to track and catch the legendary arapaima, braves the freezing and dangerous ocean swells of the North Atlantic to fish for bluefin tuna, travels across the Atlantic in search of the rare 1,000 + lb Blue Marlin (aka Grander), and heads to one of the most diverse aquatic environments in the country, America's Gulf Coast, to search for legendary Alligator Gar.
