Reexamining his own legacy, Ersan Kuneri, a renowned figure in erotic cinema, decides to branch out and make movies in other genres, from sci-fi to medieval action. Season 2 of THE LIFE AND MOVIES OF ERSAN KUNERI debuted on Thursday, October 10, 2024 on Netflix, which released all eight episodes of the new season. In the second season, Ersan Kuneri, now 84 years old, decides to recount his past for an interview about his life and movies. Through Kuneri's memories, the series travels back to the mid '80s, revisiting the films he created with his partner, former co-stars, and new talents he brought into the team, as well as his present day life, which begins in his secluded home. This season presents a history of Turkish cinema, filled with diverse films and colorful characters.
