Plot Synopsis

LIGHTS OUT is an unscripted series that follows the linemen and servicemen at Entergy Arkansas, as they work through winter ice storms, spring tornadoes, and summer thunderstorms to restore electricity to customers across the state. This series covers the full spectrum of service calls -- from a lineman replacing a broken pole at night to a worker fixing a transformer after a vicious tornado and from a meter reader dealing with barking dogs to a servicemen working near energized power lines. Weather Channel aired this four-part series on two nights, with back-to-back episodes on Saturday, July 28, 2012 and Saturday, August 11, 2012.
