Plot Synopsis

Ali Vincent, the first female winner of THE BIGGEST LOSER, travels across the United States, helping others on their personal journeys of self discovery. Each 30-minute episode features before-and-after segments, showing how Ali and other lifestyle experts motivate people to take control of their futures, while offering advice on shopping, cooking, working out, relaxing and other ways to live happier and healthier.
