Plot Synopsis

THE LIVE ROOM is a music series, with performances from top artists in the most iconic recording studios throughout the United States. Each 30-minute television episode features a different artist performing songs from their catalogue, along with interviews and stories about each one. Featured artists include: Ed Sheeran, who performed "The A Team," "Give Me Love," "You Need Me, I Don't Need You," "Lego House," and "Be My Husband" at Hinge Studios in Chicago, IL; The Goo Goo Dolls, who recorded at EastWest Studios in Hollywood, CA, singing "Rebel Beat," "When the World Breaks Your Heart," "Keep the Car Running," Come to Me," and "Slide"; Blake Shelton, who sang "Boys 'Round Here," "Sure Be Cool If You Did," "Mine Would Be You," and "Country on the Radio" at Electric Lady Studios in New York; T.I., who performed at the legendary Sunset Studio in Hollywood, CA, sharing "Go Get It," "Trap Back Jumpin'" and "Whatever You Like"; Gary Clark Jr., who recorded "Numb," "Bright Lights," "When My Train Pulls In," "Ain't Messin' 'Round," and "Things Are Changin'" at Pedernales Recording Studio in Austin, TX; Sheryl Crow, who performed at Ocean Way Studios in Nashville, TN, singing "Best of Times," "Easy" and "We Oughta Be Drinkin'"; Shinedown, who sang "I'll Follow You," "Amaryllis," "Bully," "Miracle," and "I Feel the Earth Move" at Henson Recording Studios in Hollywood, CA; B.o.B., who recorded at Tree Sound Studios in Atlanta, GA, singing "Strange Clouds," "So Good," "What Are We Doing," "Where Are You" and "Don't Let Me Fall"; Regina Spektor, who sang "All the Rowboats," "Patron Saint," "Open," Don't Leave Me Now" and "How" at Electric Lady Studios in New York; Dwight Yoakam, who performed in the legendary Studio One at EASTWEST STUDIOS in Hollywood, CA, singing "3 Pears," "Rock It All Away," "Trying," "Waterfall," and "Sloop John B"; and more exclusive performances by Jesse & Joy (The Hit Factory in Miami, FL), Halestorm (Sear Sound Studios in New York, NY), Christina Perri (The Fortress in Los Angeles, CA), and twenty one pilots (Sunset Sound Studios in Hollywood, CA). THE LIVE ROOM premiered on YouTube's The Warner Sound channel as a series of online shorts. On April 30, 2012, the B.o.B. videos all debuted on the same day, and then The Warner Sound channel released videos for a different artist almost on a monthly schedule.

For THE LIVE ROOM's television broadcast, Palladia combined videos for a single artist into a 30-minute episode, beginning with Ed Sheeran on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at 9pm ET/6pm PT and then continued with a new artist each week.
